The National Business Center will no longer offer services at the counter, the Government takes the important decision

The National Business Center will no longer provide services at the counter, writes A2 CNN.

The news was announced by the Council of Ministers itself through an announcement, which states that these services will only be offered online through the E-Albania portal.

This decision entered into force after being published in the official notebook and is expected to be implemented during these days.

We remind you that the socialist government has emphasized that many of the services in the state offices will be replaced by online services through the E-Albania portal.

FOR SOME CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO DECISION NO. 391, DATED 3.5.2017, OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS, "FOR THE DETERMINATION OF REGISTRATION AND PUBLICATION PROCEDURES IN THE NATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER", AMENDED

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 76 of Law no. 9723, dated 3.5.2007, "On business registration", amended, with the proposal of the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Council of Ministers Official Journal Year 2024 - Number 206 Page|22205

DECIDE:

In decision no. 391, dated 3.5.2017, of the Council of Ministers, "On determining the registration and publication procedures in the National Business Center", as amended, the following changes and additions are made:

I. In chapter I, "Organization of counters", the following changes are made:

1. The title of the chapter "Organization of counters" is replaced by "e-Albania Portal".

2. Item 2 is amended as follows: "2. The application for registration at the National Business Center (NBC) is made at the "e-Albania" portal.

3. Item 3 is repealed.

II. In chapter II, "General application requirements", the following changes are made:

1. In point 5, the words "... near the KKB..." are removed.

2. In point 6, the word "... present..." is replaced by the words "... upload electronically...".

III. Chapter III, "Application procedures at the central counter and service counters in the territory", consisting of points 10 to 23, is repealed.

IV. In chapter V, "Application evaluation procedures", the following changes are made:

1. In point 33, the words "... point 23 or ..." are removed.

2. Item 34 is amended as follows:

"34. The authorized official (registrar) of the KKB verifies in detail whether the application and the accompanying documents are in accordance with the requirements of point 1, article 54, of the law, of business registration, as well as verifies the actions performed by the electronically authenticated person." .

3. In point 41, the words "... III or ..." are removed.

4. In the letter "b", of point 44, the words "... III or..." are removed.

V. In chapter VI, "Provisions for notification of decisions", the following changes are made:

1. Item 46 is amended as follows: "46. Any decision of the CKB regarding the approval, suspension or rejection of the application is notified electronically to the applicant on the "e-Albania" portal, as well as on the official website of the CKB, no later than 1 (one) day from the date of submitting the application.".

2. Items 47 and 48 are repealed.

3. In points 50 and 51, the words "... to submit..." are replaced by the words "... to upload electronically to the "e-Albania" portal..."".

VI. In chapter VII, "Provisions for electronic publication and obtaining information", the following additions and changes are made:

1. In point 54, after the words "... on the official website of the KKB...", the words "... as well as on the portal "e-Albania"..." are added.

2. Points 55 and 56 are amended as follows:

"55. Any interested person, without being obliged to identify himself, can perform searches in the data published by the KKB on the official website for any registered data, with the exception of the residential address of individuals. These searches can be carried out electronically on the official website of the KKB.

56. Every person has the right to receive, in electronic format, extracts for the registered data of every subject. Also, any person can receive, in paper form, copies of the accompanying documents, deposited in the registry, against the payment of the corresponding fee."

3. Items 57, 58, 59 and 60 are repealed.

VII. In Chapter X, "Procedures for the correction of errors", point 70 is amended as follows:

"70. The application for the correction of the error can be made online by the entity to which the data belong, through the "e-Albania" portal.

This decision enters into force after publication in the Official Gazette.
