Prime Minister Edi Rama, at a press conference with the European Union Commissioner for Enlargement, Marto Kos, stated that Albania is determined to successfully fulfill "the objective of completing negotiations within 2027."
"We also spoke with the Commissioner about the past, which has taught us in the most brutal way why our only path is the path of the European Union. We are very determined to successfully meet the objective of concluding the negotiations within 2027," Rama declared.
"My ambition, our ambition is for Albanians to hold an EU passport within this decade," the prime minister added, A2 writes.
Commissioner Marta Kos will also hold meetings with the leaders of independent justice institutions as well as those from civil society organizations and students from the College of Europe and the University of Tirana.
