I divided the segment of Tirana into pieces, I told them to take your bulldozers, demolish them, clean them up or else you won't get any more building permits. I did this and I didn't do it once, I did it many times. To those who were looking at the percentage for the building permits yesterday, I said "there is no son of a... nor a mother's son to come out and say that he gave me money...", declared Rama.
