Analyst and lecturer Ervis Iljazaj has stated that the Justice Reform was carried out by the US and this by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Iljazaj made the comments on the 'Debat' show with journalist Alba Alishani on A2 CNN, where he said that Justice Reform is a US foreign policy strategy in the Balkans, to fight corruption, establish democracy, and increase security.

He also said that there are institutions similar to SPAK in Albania in other countries in the region, such as Romania, Montenegro, Croatia and North Macedonia.

According to the analyst, Prime Minister Rama is not a masochistic person enough to create an institution like SPAK, which would investigate him himself.

"There is a very simple reason why SPAK is more credible, because it is considered the most independent institution and has international support. Where the most international investment is made is SPAK. SPAK or justice reforms are US foreign policy in the region for the last two decades. No one says this.

If SPAK in Albania was done by Rama, then Rama has done it in Romania, Croatia, RMV and Montenegro. How is it possible that in the entire Balkan region there are reforms in justice and there is SPAK in quotes. Justice Reform is a doctrine of US foreign policy in the Balkans to fight corruption and establish democracy.

In a region where corruption has been high and politicians have often become unmanageable for American and European foreign policy, because the level of corruption was very high. Justice Reform was even done for security reasons. If we do not understand this and say that an Albanian politician turned out to be so masochistic as to create a reform and an institution to investigate it himself, then we are not where we need to be, "said Iljazaj, writes A2 CNN.
