Sali Berisha's non grata is released by a Federal Court in America and not by a president. This answer was given by the lawyer Spartak Ngjela in the Diary with Bruna Çifligu on A2 CNN, after the declarations of the democratic leader that he will make all efforts to remove the non-women as soon as Trump is inaugurated in the White House.
But according to lawyer Ngjela, the procedure for declaring the head of the Democratic Party non grata began in the first Trump administration. Based on the sources he has with American diplomacy, Ngjela says that Berisha's non grata is very serious.
"What is the president doing? He has not gone through the judicial process. There is a deadline and I throw it in a federal court in America. Why didn't he take it to federal court? That he felt guilty. Let's see everything Trump does, this means taking him to Court, but he has missed the deadline. You stay with history; the documentation against Sali as anti-American and American democracy was collected by Trump, but the non-women were given to the president who came after. When Trump was president, Saliu began collecting documentation. It's not that simple, it's very difficult for Saliu, as the top American diplomat told me. His only recourse was in court. Why didn't you go to court?", said Njela on A2 CNN.
Njjela emphasized that this is a matter for the American Congress and if Berisha's anti-American activity is proven, only a federal court can overthrow him.
"Let him do it if he wins it, let him win it, but I know that the procedure was started by Trump and continued by this other person who gave him the non-wife. It's a congressional issue. If there was evidence of activity against the American state, it cannot be dismissed. The president does not remove the evidence, only a Federal Court in America", declared Njela on A2 CNN.
As for the next act of civil disobedience announced by Berisha on December 23, Ngjela says that it is a violation of the law.
