Monika Kryemadhi, after leaving the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, declared that she will live in a tent after seizing the apartments.
"The decision of the Appeal was postponed until tomorrow. We presented ours, the prosecution theirs. The reason for the seizure of my mother's apartment was because she got a loan. I told him that there are SPAK prosecutors who have taken loans and are renting out the houses they bought with loans. The prosecution did not hire financial experts, but they relied on journalistic rumours. The claim is that since Ilir Meta is suspected in the CEZ-DIA case, my mother bought a house," Kryemadhi declared.
"I will follow all legal procedures because I am convinced that this case will go to Strasbourg", added Kryemadhi further.
Monika Kryemadhi further emphasized that when there was a trial in the Appeal for the security measure, a few minutes before the trial, 10 policemen went to her house.
"The next day they came again, my mother and I signed the report and the seizure structures came. Soon we will leave the house. It is not a problem where we will live, we can live in a tent, as those whose houses were damaged by the earthquake live". declared Kryemadhi.
