"We have been doing politics for 30 years, one group against another person or group. We came as a right, fighting Fatos Nano then. He also ended up in prison. We had the idea to make a state with principles of the right. And what happened to the right? Nothing.
Then came the other group that wanted to remove Berisha and wanted to build the left, a liberal, democratic and European left. And what did he do? Did workers get more rights, au vu vital minimum? Nothing was done. This man and this group that is today has produced the wildest capitalism. 10 businessmen who were also in the previous government lead here. So, this has happened for 3 decades in Albanian politics, there has been no constructive debate to regulate the Albanian state", declared Shehi.
"What I am saying needs new ideas and clean hands in the first place, so that it becomes credible. Today, clean hands are in the opposition camp because these others have been in power 3 times, even if they are saints, their hands will be dirty.
