The meetings of the head of government that started in Vlora where he demanded the dismissal of all local directors, for Sali Berisha are a violation of the Constitution. In a press conference, the opposition leader emphasized that the directors of municipalities should take orders only from the head of the institution and not from the prime minister.

"His positions are blatant evidence of what we have denounced, not only us, but also the world, of the party-state in Albania. Only in a party-state does it happen that the powers of local government are annihilated."

He considers the dismissals in Vlora as a scapegoat, adding that the city's problems are not solved by removing directors.

"After massively violating the elections in Vlora, after causing chaos in Vlora, which has never had such, after filling the banks with sewage, and burning hundreds of tons of garbage every 2 weeks and delivering poison to the citizens of Vlora, he gives them some directors as bones."

He links the head of the executive's unexpected visit to Vlora to the environmental situation in Elbasan, where, according to him, everything has been done to avoid debate on this issue.

"He doesn't say a word, he's as silent as a blade of grass, about the serious environmental crime. Because what's happening is a serious environmental crime."

He requests intervention from SPAK regarding the situation in Elbasan, but accuses the head of this structure of defending the government by ignoring it.

"But, there is Altin Troplini, for whom crime does not exist for Edi Rama and the leader of the drug state."

The opposition leader did not leave the media without denouncing what he calls an electoral farce this Friday, publishing several more images from a polling center in Kruja, where he said that the principle of secret voting was violated, as every citizen was filmed while voting. (A2 Televizion)
