At the meeting with the Socialist Party structures in Tirana, Prime Minister Rama indicated that the violation of European standards by the judiciary has caused costs and pain to the socialists.
"Now we are at a moment to either face the pain or make the decision to undo SPAK," Rama said.
"We can hold each other accountable, but no one outside the party holds us accountable. What is happening outside is our war. A mistake by Municipality X in planting trees, instead of planting them in season, costs 100 trees. A miscarriage of justice, costs people's lives, it is a huge cost.
