A2 CNN has revealed the SPAK file, which, among other things, also includes the name of socialist MP Klotilda Bushka, also chairwoman of the Laws Committee.
"The situation is even more serious when it comes to citizen Ina Goxhaj, who has been quite clear about the meetings held before she appeared at the Special Prosecution Office, what citizen Ajola Xoxa and Klotilda Bushka advised her of, as well as the fact that she met citizen Ajola Xoxa and Klotilda Bushka after she left the Special Prosecution Office, according to the schedule set by the latter. This meeting was documented by the BKH investigator observation groups," the file reads, A2 writes.
Further, SPAK claims that citizen Ina Goxhaj's cell phone "was destroyed with the help of citizen Klotilda Bushka."
"Furthermore, based on the statements of citizen Ina Goxhaj, the latter was asked to return the phone, which was in fact taken from her, to be replaced with another one from citizen Ajola Xoxa. Also, according to the same statements, which will be the subject of investigation during the preliminary investigation, there are suspicions that this citizen's mobile phone was destroyed with the help of citizen Klotilda Bushka, at the latter's parents' house," the file reads.
