Is SPAK hitting left or right? Gjiknuri answers: We will kill justice if we saw

In the "Off the Record" show by Andrea Danglili on A2 CNN, the deputy of the Socialist Party, Damian Gjiknuri, also commented on the work of SPAK and the blows it has given so far in Albanian politics, where important actors from both sides have ended up behind bars.

He emphasized that we would kill justice if we saw him as an electoral actor. Gjiknuri also connected the blows SPAK gave to the ranks of the SP with his long stay in government.

"I don't feel good for any colleague, even a politician, but on the other hand, we fought for this system and SP has the merit of pushing forward the new justice system. However, we have to wait for the court's decision. In this view, the proceedings are the most normal thing since we have been in power for a long time

We should not count justice as an electoral actor. If we see justice as an electoral actor, we have ultimately killed justice, but also democracy in this country. Justice must be objective and this would bring the system to balance", said Gjiknuri.

Gjiknuri even commented on one of the much-discussed issues, whether the conversations recorded on Sky should be taken as evidence. "Sky is an indication, but it should also be related to certain events. When a politician is accused, especially because of great sensitivity, you must have very strong evidence, precisely to avoid that prejudice", said Gjiknuri. (A2 Televizion)
