The Stone City was Sali Berisha's next meeting with the Democrats. At the celebration of the 34th anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Party branch in Gjirokastra, Berisha called for the unity of all those who have contributed even for a day to the blue camp.
"Every democrat who has placed a brick in this building, that brick will be respected, that sweat will be honored. Whenever he wants, he is welcome to return to his investment."
With an eye on May 11, where the Democrats seek a return to power after 12 years in opposition, Berisha also outlined the philosophy of the program being drafted in the blue headquarters, where, as he said, the citizen will be at the center.
"We have announced part of the program, and this program is transformative. What we have announced is based simply on one principle; human priority, citizen priority, and investment in the citizen, in human resources. This is the essence of our program."
The opposition leader claimed that Albania's biggest wound today is the country's emptiness and added that the cure for this is the Democratic Party's program.
"Based on this 8 billion budget program, we will divide it half and half. Half to citizens, the rest to public works, public construction. Because otherwise Albania will become empty and empty."
Even from Gjirokastra, Berisha reiterated the promise to establish a living wage and VAT reimbursement for the needy. (A2 Televizion)
