Erion Veliaj has responded through a long post on Facebook to the chief democrat Sali Berisha, who from the blue office declared a few hours ago that the mayor of Tirana has fled in an unknown direction.
Berisha stated that the rumors indicate that Veliaj's destination was claimed to be the USA and the mayor confirms this, but rejects the accusations of escape, with the intention of hiding from justice after his appearance in SPAK.
"O Sali, you scum, that you gave the news that I escaped from Albania, since one of your bugs saw me on the plane. I am going to America, for meetings that I have left for a long time, because I am the mayor of the Municipality of Tirana, and I am not Non Grata, the end of history, who became a great-grandfather and the more you screw up in that evil muzzle, the more you stink up Tirana with your mouth", writes Veliaj on Facebook.
Veliaj further explains that he will return to Albania after 48 hours and states that he is not afraid of justice and SPAK, unlike what happens in the blue camp.
