Monday's public activity, the fifth day of the countdown to the end of the electoral campaign on May 11, was launched by opposition leader Sali Berisha at SPAK.
Dressed in sportswear, as never before when visiting this building, the former prime minister implemented the "obligation to appear" security measure.
In the exit, in addition to the permanent message to the head of SPAK, whom he labeled as a servant of Edi Rama, Berisha published a document, which according to him, was a decision of the Criminal Court of Ioannina, Greece against Special Judge Irena Gjoka, the same one who in December 2023 placed him under "house arrest".
According to Berisha's lawyers, the document was obtained on May 2 by Greek authorities amid an administrative request from MEP Alfred Beleri.
The document presented by Berisha became the reason a few hours later for postponing the next session of the preliminary review of the "Partizani" file to May 19.
After being informed of the Greek court decision, Berisha's lawyers asked for time to prepare the request for the invalidity of Judge Irena Gjoka's decisions. They also requested the annulment of Judge Davidhi's own decision rejecting their requests for the invalidity of several acts in the file.
After facing the court's rejection of both requests, considering this as biased, the lawyers requested for the second time within the last 3 sessions the exclusion of Judge Davidhi from the trial. The preliminary examination of SPAK's request for the transfer of the "Partizani" file to trial began in October last year. (A2 Televizion)
