"Art beyond bars" is the title of the exhibition with various works of women and girls who are in conflict with the law in the institution of Pojska. Their concept of freedom and the opportunity that should be given to people who are in freedom restriction, were the two main goals of this activity.
The atmosphere of the end-of-year holidays was the main theme of the various works carried out by women and girls who are in conflict with the law and who are serving sentences near the Pojska institution.
The exhibition titled "Art beyond bars" has opened in the art gallery of the city of Pogradec. For the organizer of this activity, people who are in conflict with the law must definitely have a chance to react, and for this she paraphrases an expression of the Pope.
As for the director of the Pojska Penitentiary, the works of women and girls show that the concept of freedom knows no boundaries.
The exhibition "Art beyond the bars" is one of dozens of activities that IEVP Pojskë has launched in cooperation with associations and other institutions to include as many women and girls as possible. (A2 Televizion)
