A representative group of 25 families from the village of Përbregas in Kukës have appealed to the mayor to intervene in their drinking water supply. The residents say that they have not been supplied with drinking water since the beginning of the summer, denouncing the lack of response from local institutions.
Residents of the village of Përbreg near the city have asked the mayor of Kukës to intervene to ensure the supply of drinking water after suffering from a lack of water during these hot days for almost three months, writes A2 CNN.
Residents say that the negligence of the responsible institutions is inexplicable given the situation they find themselves in.
Following the residents' complaint, it is learned that the municipality has asked the Kukes Water and Sewerage Company to intervene in order to restore the water supply to these residents, who have apparently been damaged by their fellow villagers who have abusively interfered with the village's supply pipes.
