Difficult to go home, Plan residents "challenge" the state's forgetfulness

This is the road, if it can be called such, that leads to the village of Plan in Shkodra.

Every day, people who are forced to travel this road take serious risks, walking on paths that do not meet any criteria to be roads.

And this fact is also confirmed by the numerous tombstones found along the road of people who have had fatal accidents, writes A2.

The residents of the area try to resist and even invest in difficult conditions in the hope that the state will provide them with the only need they have, a way to get to their homeland.

With their resources, they have tried to repair or adapt for greater safety as much as they can...

But the efforts of the residents are not enough. The area also presents an indisputable natural asset that could be a good opportunity for the development of tourism and restore hope for those residents.  (A2 Televizion)
