Barcelona have renewed the contract of their young star, Lamine Yamal.
The 17-year-old has extended his contract with the Spanish club until 2031, according to what Barcelona itself made official.
"The future is now," Barça's post read, according to A2.
Spanish media reports that the club has significantly improved the player's economic benefits, making him one of the highest paid at the club, with figures that will increase year after year and depending on his contribution.
The icing on the cake is expected to be the number 10 jersey, which currently belongs to Ansu Fati, but from next season it is expected to be on Yamal's shoulders.
