The decision is made, Tirana remains Refik Halili's. The Supreme Court

The Tirana football club remains in the hands of Refik Halili. This is the latest decision of the Supreme Court that frees the blue-and-white club from sequestration and 66 percent of the shares are returned to the club's president, Refik Halili, while 34 percent remain in the possession of the Municipality of Tirana.

A decision that entitles the capital club to have free shares and free bank accounts, with no obstacles to registering for international activities, provided they reach them by the end of the season.

If we go back to history, in April 2024, a bailiff's office had blocked the shares of 'Halili shpk' in the club because the latter had many obligations to third parties. A decision that led the company in question to put up for sale 66% of the shares, with an initial value of around 161 million lekë, but no winner emerged from the auction as there were no bids.

All of this was created due to obligations or debts that the owner and at the same time the club's president, Refik Halili, had towards third parties, including himself and many footballers who had won the trial and were awaiting compensation.

However, now everything seems to be over. The 1-year nightmare of selling the blue-and-white cube is over and Tirana is returning to the Halili family. (A2 Televizion)
