The Albanian government has approved a fund of 80 million lek for the "Durrah City Football Academy".
The "Durrah City" Football Academy is part of a project of the Ministry of Education and Sports, together with "City Group", writes A2.

ABOUT
FINANCING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE “DURRAH CITY FOOTBALL ACADEMY” FOUNDATION FOR THE YEAR 2025
In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution, Articles 7, point 2, and 19, point 4, of Law No. 79/2017, “On Sport”, as amended, of Law No. 9936, dated 26.6.2008, “On the Management of the Budget System in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, and of Law No. 115/2024, “On the 2025 Budget”, as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Education and Sports, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
The use of the fund of 80,000,000 (eighty million) lek, approved in the 2025 budget for the Ministry of Education and Sports, in the budget program 08140 "For the development of sports", in the economic account 604 "Internal transfers", to finance the expenses of carrying out the activities of the "Durrah City Football Academy" foundation.
The fund determined, according to point 1 of this decision, is transferred to the foundation's account in the second-tier bank.
The "Durrah City Football Academy" Foundation, within February 2026, sends to the Ministry of Education and Sports the report of expenses incurred for 2025, approved by the foundation's board of directors.
Budgetary funds, which will be allocated to the foundation by the Ministry of Education and Sports, must be subject to financial management and control rules, in accordance with the legislation in force on financial management and control.
The Ministry of Education and Sports is responsible for implementing this decision.
This decision enters into force upon publication in the "Official Gazette".
