Demi Moore has made a triumphant return to the Golden Globes, winning best actress for a role in a 'horror' film that has revitalized her career.
According to foreign media, the 62-year-old gave an impassioned speech as she accepted her award, telling the audience she was "at a low point" before taking part in The Substance.
Moore said the award was a celebration and "gift to do something I love and to be reminded who I belong to."
Other film winners included Emilia Pérez, The Brutalist and Wicked, while Baby Reindeer and Shōgun took home the big TV awards, writes A2 CNN.
One of the big surprises of the night was Brazilian actress Fernanda Torres who won best actress in a drama for her outstanding performance in "I'm Still Here", which saw off competition from Hollywood actors Angelina Jolie and Nicole Kidman.
