The happy couple, who have been dating for over a year, have decided to share the good news with their family and friends on New Year's Eve.
The famous Levitating hit singer and the Fantastic Beasts actor seem to be madly in love and their friends are extremely happy for them.
Dua, in a recent Instagram post, flaunted a huge diamond ring on her engagement finger while posing in a festive accessory and plush boots.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Dua and Callum are very much in love and know this is forever. They are engaged and couldn't be happier.
"Dua has had a fantastic year in her career and this engagement is the icing on the cake. Callum is a huge support to her and together they make a wonderful couple. Their families and friends are so happy for them. This It's been an unforgettable Christmas for the couple."
