"Shkodra Elektronike" was declared the winner of the 63rd edition of the "Song Festival" on RTSH with the song "Zjerm", which will represent Albania in the European Eurovision song festival for 2025.
Elvana Gjata was ranked second in the competition with the song "Carnival", followed by Alis with "Mjegull".
Unlike other years, this year, the winning song was determined through jury votes, diaspora and SMS votes within the country, which were collected together.
A good part of the jury's votes went to the song "Zjerm", those of the diaspora ranked Elvana Djata with the song "Carnaval" in first place, while what also determined the winner were the SMS votes within the country.
The performance of "Shkodra Elektronike" received a total of 143 points in the voting divided 50% by the jury and 50% by the public. Elvana Gjata managed to get the second place with the song "Carnival", collecting 135 points, while Alis secured the third place with the song "Mjegull", with 59 points.
Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will take place this year in Switzerland, on May 13-17. (A2 Televizion)
