Snow and Vucic's "Cobras" did not frighten them, the student

Thousands of students and other citizens of Serbia held a protest march through the streets of Belgrade to the state prosecution building. They delivered exactly 1,000 identical letters to the High Public Prosecutor, Zagorka Dolovac, asking her to start doing her job to bring justice to the tragedy in Novi Sad where 15 people lost their lives.

"Students expect you to fight for law and justice, without political abuse or corruption," read the submitted letters. The prosecutor requested a meeting with the organizers of the protest, but that was not accepted by the students. Among their demands is the resignation of President Aleksandar Vucic and the government of Prime Minister Milos Vucic, who are accused of being responsible for negligence and corruption in repairing the shelter that collapsed at the train station in Novi Sad on November 1.

The organizers have told the media that they are facing threats, as they promised that nothing will stop them, not even the bad weather and snow that was today. President Vucic warned of the use of special military units "Cobra" to disperse the protesters. On Sunday, students and farmers held the largest ever protest in the history of Serbia, gathering over 100,000 people. (A2 Televizion)
