The Basic Prosecution Office in Prizren has filed an indictment against the defendants MM, NU, SS, and NK, due to the well-founded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances" in co-perpetration.
According to the indictment, the defendants MM, NU, SS, and NK, until 20.04.2024, without authorization, possess for the purpose of sale or distribution, or offer for sale substances or preparations that are declared by law to be narcotics.
"After obtaining the narcotic substance from the Republic of Albania, they hid it in the village of Greikoc - Suhareka Municipality, in the house of the defendant SS, which is located on the "8 Martyrs" street, and offered the same narcotic substance for sale to two people at one of the fuel pumps, on the transit road to Prizren, so that while the defendants NK, MM, and NU, with one person, stay at the fuel pump, the defendant SS, with the other person - the potential buyer, go to the village of Greikoc to the house of the defendant SS, to verify the narcotic substance, in which case, according to the order of the Basic Court in Prizren, the house of SS is searched, where the police find 49 kg and 750 grams of a narcotic substance of the "marijuana" type arranged in five packages," a statement says.
The prosecutor of the case, upon filing the indictment, proposed to the court that after holding the judicial hearing, administering the evidence and evaluating it, the aforementioned defendants be found guilty of the criminal offenses for which they are accused and be sentenced according to the law.
