The Assembly has failed to convene on the 53rd attempt. Another session was called for tonight at 10:00 PM. The temporary measure of suspension of the Assembly's activities comes into effect from Sunday until August 8.
The chairman of the session, Avni Dehari, again invited the parties PDK, LDK, AAK and the Serbian List to propose members for the commission that would oversee the secret ballot. All of these parties refused and the session was adjourned.
At the beginning of the session, a minute of silence was held for all the police officers who died in the line of duty, while the Serbian List did not enter the hall until the moment when this tribute ended. (A2 Televizion)
