Ballot boxes continue to be counted in Kosovo, as according to the CEC, about 78% of polling centers have been counted so far for the votes of candidates in the February 9 parliamentary elections.
And the counting process has brought out some surprises. One of them is the famous singer Edona Llalloshi, who surprised everyone when Albin Kurti included her on the list of candidates.
She was number 19 on the list and, according to media in Kosovo, has so far secured a considerable number of votes, compared to other well-known names in the ranks of Vetëvendosje.
Edona Llalloshi is expected to have up to 30 thousand votes, a surprising result for a candidate who comes from the field of art.
It remains to be seen whether the singer will manage to secure a seat in Parliament, but this result so far proves the great support she has gained in this political race. (A2 Televizion)
