The Democratic League of Kosovo's proposal for a unity government to resolve the crisis has sparked mixed reactions on the political scene.
The idea of a transitional cabinet until the election of the president next year has also received international support, according to analysts. Professor Dashamir Bërxulli tells A2 CNN that this type of option has not received general approval.
Analyst Arbër Sadikaj emphasizes for A2 CNN that the LDK has also consulted this option with international friends.
Professor Bërxulli advises that if the conditions are created for a transitional government, it should be composed of experts and politicians who have neutral positions.
Analyst Sadikaj argues that the political spectrum in Kosovo is afraid to form a government with two major parties due to the heavy burden of work that awaits them.
According to the LDK leader's proposal, the transitional government would have a unifying prime minister and his government would last until the country is due to elect a new president, i.e. in April 2026. (A2 Televizion)
