Dutch MEP Thijs Reuten has raised his voice for Kosovo in the European Parliament. He has called for the lifting of punitive measures, normalization of relations between Kosovo and all EU members, and acceptance of Kosovo's application for membership in the European Union.
"Kosovo is a partner country that shares our values and geopolitical views. However, the EU Council continues to block the acceptance of this partner's membership application."
"Is this how you treat a partner? Remove these restrictive measures, normalize relations between all EU members and Kosovo, recognize it and accept the request," he said. (A2 Televizion)
