The Democratic Party of Kosovo's candidate for prime minister, Bedri Hamza, promised to build the Gjilan highway at the last rally of the electoral campaign.
He added that the project is being copied by political opponents, A2 writes.
"I'm glad that these others are copying our promises. The highway from Dheu i Bardhë will connect to the Arbër Xhaferri highway and the National Highway," declared Hamza.
Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, speaking from Pristina about relations with the United States of America, said that the focus will also be on economic cooperation. He stressed the need for a "Trump Tower" to be built in Pristina.
"I have heard that there are ideas for a "Trump Tower" in Belgrade or the region. We think that Pristina also deserves a "Trump Tower" and I would have welcomed the idea of facilitating such an investment," said Haradinaj. (A2 Televizion)
