In the municipality of Shkodra, there was snowfall overnight in the mountainous areas, with around 20 cm of snow in Qafe-Thore, but the road is passable. Civil Protection structures in Shkodra report that the situation is calm and without problems.
On the Kirë-Shosh road axis, the contracting company was able to open the road during the night.
Meanwhile, in the Municipality of Fushë-Arrëz during the night there was snowfall of medium intensity. The road segments Bardhet-Iballë, Bardhet-Qafë-Shllak and Fushë-Arrëz-Fierzë are passable, but the use of winter equipment is required for road users.
