The Special Court postpones the hearing against Laert Haxhiu until December 1. The prosecution will report the written evidence and then the claim will be read.
During the session there were debates between the lawyer Detar Hysi and the relator of the session Erjon Çela. Hysi requests that the court accept his request for renunciation of Haxhiu's representation with the argument that the client will no longer be protected by him.
