A 30-year-old woman who was wanted for the criminal offense "Sexual relationship with violence, with adults" has been arrested by the Police. 30-year-old Borana Faslliu, a resident of Lushnja, has been taken into custody. For her, the Court of Appeal sentenced her to 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment.
Referring to the police announcement, "The Court of Appeal has sentenced the 30-year-old woman to 3 years and 4 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Forcible sexual relations with adults". This citizen has been implicated in a case of this criminal activity, so of a 26-year-old woman, committed on 03.12.2020, by the husband of citizen Borana Faslliu, who was arrested the day after and is currently serving a prison sentence".
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Lushnjë General Jurisdiction, for further actions. (A2 Televizion)
