Representatives of the OSCE/ODIHR observation mission for the May 11 parliamentary elections in Albania stopped this Friday at the SPAK premises.
This visit to SPAK comes a few hours before the opening of the election campaign and after earlier meetings this week at important institutions in the country, such as the General Prosecutor's Office and the CEC.
