Work continues on the construction of the Dyrrah City Football Academy, Rama shares footage from the works

Prime Minister Edi Rama started this morning by publishing on social media images of the construction of the Dyrrah City Football Academy complex. According to him, this project aims to meet the development requirements of the Manchester City Football School program and the elite football academy in Albania.

"Good morning and with the ongoing work on the construction of the Dyrrah City Football Academy complex, to fully meet all the requirements for the development of the Manchester City Football School program and the elite academy, I wish you a good day!", writes Rama.

Temporarily, the academy is conducting its activities at the Olympic Park in Durrës, until the sports campus is ready.

The Durrës City Football Academy launched its activities on September 2 last year and Manchester City coaches have also joined the team to develop the football school. The Citizens' foreign technicians will relocate and reside in the city of Durrës.
