The new prefect of the Vlora district will be the well-known analyst Plator Nesturi. The decision to appoint Nesturi was taken at today's meeting of the Council of Ministers.
"In support of Articles 100 and 114 of the Constitution and Article 5 of Law No. 107/2016, "On the Prefect of the District", amended, with the proposal of the Minister of the Interior, the Council of Ministers decided: Plator Nesturi is appointed prefect of Vlora District. This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the 'Official Gazette'", says VKM.
He will thus take the seat left vacant after Vangjel Tavo competed in the partial elections for the Municipality of Himara and won them.
