The State Police has undertaken a plan of measures for the smooth running of the activities that will take place tomorrow on the occasion of Summer Day.
For the implementation of this plan, employees of the Public Order Police, the Traffic Police and the General Patrol will be engaged in the field, who will be supported by services of the National Security Force. These employees will be scheduled to serve in the squares and streets where the activities will take place, in which there will be a large number of citizens and vehicles.
To ensure the smooth running of activities, there will be restrictions on vehicle movement on the main road axes in city centers.
In Elbasan, during this afternoon and tomorrow, vehicle parking and circulation will not be allowed on several road segments in the city center, while in Tirana, during the next day, until the end of the activities, vehicle circulation will not be allowed on the "Dëshmorët e Kombit" boulevard and on "Papa Gjon Pali II" and "Ibrahim Rugova" streets.
The Traffic Police and Municipal Police services will be on the ground to monitor the movement of vehicles, in order to avoid traffic jams and guide drivers to alternative routes.
The State Police appeals to citizens to implement restrictive measures and cooperate with the Police to assist in the smooth running of activities. (A2 Televizion)
