Authorities in Vlora have made public the map of roads that will be completely blocked and those that will not be accessible even to pedestrians on May 11, as part of the third stage of the "Giro d'Italia 2025".
Measures taken for the circulation and prohibition of vehicle parking will prohibit parking and any type of activity in the Grand Square, from the beginning of the Lungomare, including the disco area, from 3:00 PM on Saturday to 6:00 PM on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the circulation of emergency vehicles and State Police to the Port of Vlora will be carried out via the Trans-Balkan road, without interruption.
Meanwhile, movement to the Vlora Regional Hospital between 11:00 and 13:30 will be possible through the following axes: Transbalkan Road - Officers' House - Kapelja - Hospital; Pusi i Mezinit - Rruga e Re - Kapelja - Hospital and Uji i Ctohtë - Power Plant - Cement Factory - Kuzumbaba - Municipality - Hospital.
Meanwhile, on the 11th, traffic will be prohibited from 11:00 to 14:30, on the Vlora - Vlora river villages axis.
Traffic will be prohibited on the interurban axis Qeparo - Vlora / Vlora river villages from 10:30 to 15:45.
Meanwhile, traffic is prohibited on the Vlora - Himara axis (up to Qeparo) from 12:30 to 17:30. Likewise, traffic is prohibited on the Qeparo - Himara - Vlora interurban axis from 13:30 to 16:00.
The police also underline that all vehicles that will be parked in violation of the announced measures, and that will not be removed by the drivers themselves, will be transported by road transport service, in accordance with the law and to guarantee safety.
