Prime Minister Edi Rama started this morning by posting on Facebook images from the construction of the Tirana-Durrës railway. According to the head of government, this railway will enable a fast connection through 11 stations between Durrës, Tirana and the "Mother Teresa" Airport.
"Good morning and with some views from the construction site of the Tirana - Durrës railway, which will enable a fast connection through 11 stations between Durrës, Tirana and "Mother Teresa" Airport, I wish you a good day," Rama writes.
In May of last year, Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku said that this project will connect Tirana to the airport in 12 minutes with 3 stations, while Tirana-Durres is estimated at 22 minutes, with 8 stations.
