There are 172 prisoners who will vote in Vlora and another 80 in Bënça prison in Tepelena.
Of these, 152 people vote in Vlora detention, 20 others are by court order.
"A total of 172 people are voting in detention in VC number 4451," reports A2 CNN journalist Edi Ruçi.
