An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.0 on the Richter scale was recorded this Saturday at 16:32.
According to the Institute of Geosciences, Energy, Water and Environment (IGJEUM), the epicenter of the earthquake was located 9 kilometers north-northwest of Tirana, at a depth of 15 kilometers, writes A2 CNN.
The tremors were felt lightly in the capital and surrounding areas, but no material damage or injuries were reported. The first earthquake was accompanied by a second, lighter tremor with a magnitude of 2 on the Richter scale. (A2 Televizion)
