Strawberry farmers in the Frakulli area of Fier have protested regarding the immediate price reduction and the blocking of strawberry sales, writes A2 CNN.
The farmers say that the entire group should not be penalized, but the responsibility should be on those who cultivated the problematic strawberries. For this reason, they are asking the state to intervene to conduct analyses of their products and take measures to stabilize the price, which has fallen like never before.
According to farmers, following difficult weather conditions, the price reduction and rejection of products is expected to cause significant economic damage to them. (A2 Televizion)
