From the closing meeting of the campaign in Mat, Prime Minister Edi Rama also revealed the main projects that will be implemented in the next mandate to improve infrastructure, mainly road infrastructure, in this area.
Rama said that the Arbri road, which was finalized with the opening of the Murriz tunnel, will be followed by investments in the construction of the Lura and Ulëza roads.
"I am relieved that we are not doing another campaign by continuing to say that we will build the Arbri Road, but we are doing the campaign coming from the Arbri Road. I say that it was Dibrani who said that "appetite comes with eating". This road not only facilitates the connection of people with Tirana, but also opens up a whole new horizon for investments in tourism. I know that there is internal competition between the Dibrani and the Matjani, because every time I say something about the Dibrani there is no warm applause, but don't worry because the Lura road will also be built, as well as the Burrel and Ulza road. A very beautiful area and now that it is easier to build, it will be transformed, which will also facilitate the possibility of other investments", said the leader of the majority.
The head of government further added that " in the next decade, Dibra will be the most coveted part of the Albanian metropolis ", so he underlined that access to the most beautiful spots is essential.
