To understand the importance of this news, it is enough to say that the funds that will come from the inclusion of Albania in the "Social Cohesion of the Union" exceed the budget that the government gives to the local government. "I think that this is a seed, a first element, an embryo of a cooperation that can become extremely large if each of us sees the full potential of where this cooperation can go.
