The Police Supervision Agency has executed security measures for 4 police officers, writes A2 CNN.

Through a notice, AMP announces that the security measures include "Compulsory reporting", "Suspension of duty" and "Prohibition on leaving the country".

It is also announced that they are suspected of committing criminal offenses such as "Violation of equality in public tenders and auctions" in collaboration and "Forgery of seals, stamps and forms".

AMP executes security measures for 4 police officers

Following the investigations related to the criminal proceedings of 2024, the Police Supervision Agency (Tirana Region) has executed the decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, which has imposed 4️⃣ security measures for police officers as follows;

1️⃣ Personal security measure "Obligation to report to the judicial police" against the person under investigation HB, former Head of the Economic Sector at the Tirana DVP, dismissed from duty at his own request and currently self-employed, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Violation of equality in public tenders and auctions" in collaboration with "Forgery of seals, stamps and forms".

2️⃣ Personal security measures "Suspension of duty" and "Prohibition of leaving the country" against the person under investigation ET(Xh)., Head of the Accounting Sector at the Tirana Police Department, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Violation of equality in public tenders and auctions" in collaboration.

3️⃣ Personal security measures "Suspension of duty" and "Prohibition of leaving the country" against the person under investigation JC, with the position of Economic Sector Specialist at the Tirana DVP, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Violation of equality in tenders and public auctions" in collaboration with "Forgery of seals, stamps and forms".

4️⃣ Personal security measure "Prohibition of leaving the country" against the person under investigation I. SH., with duty in the Economic Sector at the Tirana Police Department, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Violation of equality in public tenders and auctions".

The procedural actions were reported to the Prosecutor of the case.
