The preliminary hearing for Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha at the Special Court has been postponed again.
According to sources for A2 CNN, it has been decided that the hearing will take place on April 11 of this year.
We recall that Berisha has stated that he is completely innocent of the charges, which he considers politically motivated.
On the other hand, the Special Prosecution has requested 'house arrest' for Berisha, whom it accuses of corruption and abuse of office in the 'Partizani' file.
We recall that Berisha spent 333 days under 'house arrest' and then the Court decided to release him with the measure 'compulsory appearance', since the investigation against him had ended and he could not destroy the evidence. (A2 Televizion)
