Renis Dobra was kidnapped and murdered on the evening of July 8th and to hide the incident, the 23-year-old's body was thrown into the Shkopet Lake. Already a week after the incident, the police have been able to solve it by identifying the 4 suspected perpetrators, three of whom are brothers. The blue uniforms have handcuffed the two perpetrators, Petrit Çakrri and Fatjon Bushgjoka, a person with criminal records for various offenses.
They were caught in Kukës and Tirana. Meanwhile, Kristi Bushgjokaj and Aleksandër Bushgjokaj are wanted.
The three Bushgjokaj brothers from Tropoja, who lived in Kamëz, and Petrit Çakrri, used rented vehicles in Rinas and Yzberisht to commit the crime and for three days in a row they monitored Dobra's movements. They changed vehicles frequently to avoid falling on the police's trail.
One of the Bushgjokaj brothers is accused of supporting the perpetrator of the crime after it turns out that he sent his two brothers to Kosovo after committing the murder.
The other two brothers are accused of collaborating in the crime. Investigations revealed that the perpetrators attempted to remove the GPS of the rental cars several times but were unsuccessful.
The cause of the murder is suspected to have been the loss of a quantity of drugs in Germany, where they had begun to get to know each other, and for this the Bushgjokaj brothers accused the victim, Renis Dobra.
The details were given at a press conference by the director of the Dibra Police, Artion Duka. The police are working to identify whether there are other people involved in the crime. 4 other people were also taken to the police station, while 20 mobile phones, 7 vehicles, a sum of euros, a quantity of cocaine, as well as other evidence that will serve the investigation were seized.
