Popular TikToker Kozak Braçi has been fined 100,000 lek by Tirana police, shortly after a video of him teaching a tourist how to throw garbage from his car onto the road circulated on social media.
" It's not a problem. It's not a problem in Albania ," Braçi is heard suggesting to the tourist, who is a passenger in the same vehicle with him, that he do the same. " For you, maybe ," he replies.
" The services of the Police Commissariat No. 4, immediately after the publication of a video on social networks, in which a citizen was shown throwing garbage out of the window of a moving vehicle, where he was a passenger, carried out verifications to bring this citizen to justice. As a result of the verifications, it was found that the published video had been recorded some time ago, and the citizen who committed the violation was identified, specifically KB, 32 years old. He was escorted to the premises of the Commissariat, for further procedural actions. At the end of these actions, pursuant to Article 351 of the Council of Ministers No. 153, dated 07.04.2000, and Article 15 of the Road Code, the 32-year-old was punished with an administrative fine of 100,000 lek ", the police announced.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials for this case were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, for the purpose of further legal evaluation. (A2 Televizion)
