The repentant justice minister, Erion Alibej, continued his testimony this Tuesday regarding the "Golden Bullet" case. He explained how the execution of Bujar Çela, the brother of Talo Çela, was organized and then finalized.
Alibi's testimony:
"Bujar Çela is Talo Çela's brother, the closest person to him. He was a taxi driver. After the murder of Emiliano Ramazan, I discussed with Nuredin that we should place the murder weapon at Bujar Çela's house. I knew where his house was. I had an informant, Xhuliano Hoxha."

Alibey continues:
"Bujar Çela had a police station near the house. Through Xhuliano Hoxha we wanted to find something that Bujar had touched with his hand – a bag, or something else. I wanted to put the murder weapon in that object and bury it near the house. Then I would signal the police through Leonard Palushi.
We could not achieve this. We discussed that, being a close person of Talo, and because he did work and travel for Talo Çela through the taxi, we decided to execute him. First, the nephew, who I refer to as Skerdi Tasso, and the cousin, who I refer to as Henrik Hoxhaj, were engaged. The cousin and the nephew were engaged to execute him.”
After the murder of Kapllani, I communicated with Nuredin again about Bujar. He was an easy target. The next day, the guys from Fushë-Krujë brought an “E-Class” car for work, for execution. At first, the car was parked at a bar, at the intersection of Cërriku. While the guys from Fushë-Krujë, Enver Diva and Besmir Xhixha, came in a white “Renault”.
"Regarding the place where he was executed, we had information beforehand. After the morning of the execution was set at the café, they initially waited for him at home. A close neighbor saw the guys with masks and for that reason they left. At the café, the guys from Fushë-Krujë shot first, then Nuredini also shot.
After the execution, Nuredini informed me: 'Bujari is finished'. The 'Renault' car was burned 8 kilometers away. Meanwhile, the guys from Fushë-Krujë returned to Fushë-Krujë. In the meantime, I also had the police radios. An officer, Agim Lleshi, called me, with whom I had contact. He told me that they were going to the scene, because Talo's brother had been killed."
Alibey adds:
"I sent 60 or 70 thousand euros to a gas station in Vora. I don't remember if the guys from Fushë-Krujë or Nuredini took it there. The next day, I saw from the cameras that a police convoy was coming. I knew they were there to arrest me. I didn't resist. I filled out the forms. They arrested me and I've been here ever since."
Xhuliano Hoxha's reaction in the hall:
"I have nothing to do with the murder of Bujar Çela. I was in prison when the murder happened. There is no trial going on here!" (A2 Televizion)
