The Special Court has rejected the request of the defendants in the "Partizani" case to exclude Judge Flojera Davidhi from the preliminary hearing.
Specifically, it concerns the request of the Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha, his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, Andia Pustinës and the commercial company "Homeplan" sh.pk, writes A2 CNN.
Below is part of the Special Court's decision:
1. Declaring the request of the applicant Sali Berisha, submitted through his defense counsel, inadmissible due to the defense counsel's lack of legitimacy in submitting the requests.
2. Declaring the request of the applicant company “Homeplan” sh.pk, submitted through a lawyer, inadmissible due to the lack of legitimacy of the defense attorneys in submitting the requests.
3. Declaring the request of the applicant Jamarbër Malltezi inadmissible.
4. Declaring the request of the applicant Andia Pustina inadmissible. (A2 Televizion)
